City OKs Compromise Budget - Medical Insurance for Individual

Lubbock City Council members strived to find compromises before fleeting the 2011-12 bill Thursday morning. Their efforts resulted in a projected taxation income enlarge to casing the cost of town employees’ medical insurance premiums and rate increases to enable Citibus routes to sojourn intact.
