The Medical Billing Representative plays a critical role in working with new and existing patients to determine whether or not the actual claims will be processed correctly.
Working and conversing with patients, physicians, and insurance companies to determine whether or not there is enough information for the claim to be processed.
This position requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure client enrollment and retention
Preferred experience: Medical Billing
Medical Collections
Insurance Enrollment Office Management experience within the Health Care Industry
Health Care Industry
Production environment experience, such as; insurance claims or environment where worker processed routine medical claims
